The Top Ten Films by Worldwide Gross in 2012

The top 10 movies by worldwide gross is 2012 are as below:

1. The Avengers

2. The Dark Knight Rises

3. Skyfall

4. Ice Age: Continental Drift

5. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

6. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2

7. The Amazing Spider Man

8. Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted

9. The Hunger Games

10. Men in Black 3

Which is your favorite one among ten movies? Mine is The Avengers. I have watched all ten movies but I am not a twilight fan and I do not like this series very much.

Let’s know more above the ten movies respectively, you may like to order DVDs for your favorite ones for spare time enjoyment.

Six Marvel heroes fight with the evil and of course, they win. The plot is very simple, but everyone likes heroes as they have special powerful to save the world from dangerous. They can do what we can not do, and they are called heroes! Like the fighting scenes, like Iron man’s funny lines, like Hulk’s humorous…etc. It is a movie earns great reputation and lots of money all over the world! A movie of 2012 you should not miss.

Two animation movies are in the list, the other eight are about “Heroes”. None are based on reality life. Audience like to watch something different in theater, simple love story without adventures or special scenes would not attract audience to watch in theaters.

We reviewed the most popular movies of 2012, how about 2013? I also make a list for you.

Top 10 movies of 2013 you should not miss…

Top 10 Movies of 2013

1. Iron Man 3
Tony Stark uses his ingenuity to fight those who destroyed his private world and soon goes up against his most powerful enemy yet: the Mandarin. The bad news is that Jon Favreau won’t be returning as director, but the good news is that Shane Black (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang) will, and Robert Downey, Jr. is still a commanding presence. The hitch arises if Black has to weave an Iron Man plotline into a potential Avengers sequel. All due respect to The Avengers, but we go to an Iron Man movie to see a movie about Iron Man. Not Nick Fury.
2. Monsters University/Untitled Pixar Film/How to Train Your Dragon 2: This is the
Animated Film entry, and it looks to be a stellar year for CGI cartoons. For the first time, Pixar will have two movies in the same year, starting with the prequel to Monsters, Inc. — which will focus on the rocky relationship between Mike and Sulley during their days at the University of Fear — and an as yet Untitled Pixar flick. We don’t know the details of that one, but I’m hoping it’s not another sequel (especially a Toy Story sequel that’s been rumored, although a two year lead time is not really enough time to get a Pixar flick off the ground, at least under the old regime). Additionally, a lot of folks argued that How to Train Your Dragon was the best animated feature of 2010 (better than even Toy Story 3), and you won’t hear complaints from me. Last year’s massive sleeper hit will return in 2013 along with all the principals — writer, director, cast — of the first one.

3. Oblivion
The kids aren’t down with Tom Cruise anymore, but let me tell you why this project is exciting: 1) It’s an original movie, 2) it’s sci-fi, and 3) it comes from Joseph Kosinski, who gave us TRON: Legacy. OK, ignore that last part, and focus on the original sci-fi part. The script comes from William Monahan (The Departed) and that has to be worth something, right? What’s it about? A fantasy about a former solider who is the last person left on Earth after a war with an alien race. When he encounters a crashed spacecraft with a lone survivor, the two set off on an epic adventure. I think the lone survivor is a woman, and they fall in love. As long as it’s not Cameron Diaz, this movie has a shot. Right? It’s one of the many intriguing sci-fi flicks on this list. Will 2013 be the year of the Sci-Fi?
4. The Croods
The world’s very first prehistoric family goes on a road trip to an uncharted and fantastical world.
5. Oz: The Great and Powerful
A stage magician is hurled into a fantasy world, and must use his wits to stay ahead of three enchantresses who have plans for him.
6. R.I.P.D
A recently slain cop joins a team of undead police officers working for the Rest in Peace Department and tries to find the man who murdered him.Hopefully by the time 2013 rolls around, Ryan Reynolds’ post-Green Lantern reputation will have rebounded on the hopeful strength of Change Up and next year’s Safe House with Denzell Washington (and here’s hoping 2013 doesn’t also see a Green Lantern sequel). R.I.P.D, based on the Peter M. Lenkov graphic novel, is about a recently slain cop (Reynolds) who joins a team of undead police officers working for the Rest in Peace Department and tries to find the man who murdered him. It’s been bouncing around in development for a few years, but Reynolds has seemingly been enthusiastic about getting it in before a possible Deadpool film. The good news is that Jeff Bridges is on board (in a role Zach Galifianaki declined) and director Robert Schwentke showed a little pizzazz in Red, though his Time Traveler’s Wife was pure crap.
7. love Punch
A divorced couple scheme to recover the retirement money that was stolen from them.Starring: Emma Thompson, Pierce Brosnan and Timothy Spall
8. The Hobbit: There and Back Again
This is a gimme, the second half of The Hobbit movie that kicks off in 2012 with The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. The great news is that The Hobbit will attract all of those Lord of the Rings fans, as well as the many — like myself — who loved The Hobbit but didn’t care much for the LOTR novels (or the movies). It also has a couple of cast members going for it that the LOTR movies did not, namely Benedict Cumberbatch (Smaugh) and Martin Freeman (Bilbo Baggins). The bad news: There’s a lot of LOTR characters in the movie that don’t belong, and despite the fact that The Hobbit was shorter than any of the LOTR movies, it’s being broken up into two films, which suggests that there may be the potential for a lot of bloat, a problem Peter Jackson had with the LOTR films.
9.After Earth
After a crash landing, a father and son explore a planet that was evacuated by humans 1,000 years earlier.Stars: Will Smith, Jaden Smith, Isabelle Fuhrman, Sophie Okonedo
10. The World’s End
Released: August 14
Why you should see it: After a long hiatus following their supremely witty cop movie parody Hot Fuzz, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are finally reuniting with helmer Edgar Wright for the third chapter in their Cornetto Trilogy. It’ll follow five thirtysomething friends (including Pegg, Frost, Rosamund Pike and Martin Freeman) who reunite in an attempt to recreate an epic pub crawl from 20 years earlier, and end up becoming the human race’s only hope for survival.

A LIST FROM Wikipedia

A Christmas Story (1983)

All nine-year-old Ralphie (Peter Billingsley) wants for Christmas is a Red Ryder BB Gun. Problem is, everyone thinks he’ll shoot his eye out.

Elf (2003)

Mayhem ensues when a lovable, but misguided, elf (Will Ferrell) tracks down his cranky father (James Caan) in New York.

The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)

Tim Burton’s animated fantasy about what happens when Halloween usurps Christmas is a delightfully spooky treat.

Home Alone (1990)

Eight-year-old Kevin (Macaulay Culkin) is thrilled to spend Christmas away from his family. That is, until two bumbling burglars (Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern) crash the party.

The Polar Express (2004)

Some people may find the motion-capture animation tipping into uncanny valley, but it’s hard to deny the story’s appeal. Based on a beloved kids’ book, the movie follows the adventures of a boy as he heads to the North Pole to meet Santa.

Choose iPad mini as a Christmas Gift

iPad mini should be selected as the best Christmas gift to anyone.

Not just a 7.9-inch iPad 2 – Lovely, useful, more entertaining and more fun

iPad mini is with a 7.9-inch screen and it has almost the same features including the same core, display resolution, etc to iPad 2. Therefore, all apps in App store can run successfully and are compatible very well in iPad mini, looks the same in iPad 2. But in a small size.

With a smaller size, iPad mini is so easy to be held with one hand. It is thinner and lighter. Convenient to read emails and read news on the go to work. Quick to take out or put into your handbag, even in your coat’s pocket.

It seems the mini version is designed especially for kids and females, lovely design and light size, how do not love this gadget? Kids can use it for playing games, females can use it to read fashion magazines, log in pinterest update or share images with others anytime, even male users can use iPad mini for business on the go or read newspapers. With more than 250,000 apps from App Store, you can make your life more entertaining and easy to have fun!

Not that expensive – iOS, Apple fans, experience Apple’s amazing and creative product

From 329 USD to 659 USD, you can choose the one that meet your needs. 329 USD is much expensive than other 7-inch tablets, but Apple’s creative and amazing design and iOS system would convince you that iPad mini worth that much.

Compared to iPad 2, iPad 3 or iPad with Retina Display, iPad mini is with basic configuration so the price is much lower that other three iPad modes.

Not with the latest hardware, but perfect enough as the first tablet – thin, smart, light

iPad mini is not assembled with the latest hardware from Apple, but the same ones to iPad 2. That does not matter if you purchase it as a gift to your friend/family, even to yourself. It is a very decent present and make much sense to those who own the first tablet. Even those who own and use iPad 2, would feel iPad mini is a good one to have and do not like to get rid from hand in daily life. Just like a B5 magazine.

iPad mini does not earn much positive comments when it was announced or released for sale. But that does not influence iPad mini is sold in a positive even good way. Apple has to increase its order for Christmas. Would you buy one for this Christmas?

Copy Full Disc or Main Movie with a Free DVD Copy Tool – DVDSmith Movie Backup

DVDSmith Movie Backup provides Windows version and Mac version for different OS users. This freeware can be used to copy DVD on hard drive as DVD Folder, in Full Disc or Main Movie modes. As its name implies, it is a perfect tool for those who simply want to watch a DVD without the disc. Suppose you rent DVD movies and hope to keep the movies for watching later, it is more convenient to backup DVD on hard drive as DVD Folder firstly. And then you can watch or review them on your spare time.

There are six buttons to click on DVDSmith Movie Backup single window. The interface is very simple as it only features with one backup method – backup DVD to DVD Folder on hard drive, in Full Disc or Main Movie mode.
Full Disc: including menus, extras, and the full DVD-watching experience;
Main Movie: grab the longest video and audio tracks.
When the copying ends up, a bunch of .vob files would be copied in a DVD folder named with VIDEO_TS. These .vob files can be played in most advanced media players like VLC. “Main Movie” does much the same, but with fewer .vob files turned out.
